Hi,

so im wanting to export my default solution to a test crm organisation for the purpose of testing things before putting onto the main organization.

whenever i try to import the default solution i keep getting the following import error

2015_2D00_08_2D00_03-15_5F00_30_5F00_36_2D00_Import-Solution.jpg

I've checked and they exist, but why wouldn't they export onto the .zip?

Have you published all your components before importing?

    thanks

What does the excel detailed error report say of the error?

Also, do you have any managed solutions that need to be installed first?

    Hi,

i've just looked, and can see a couple of managed solutions, shall try importing them first and respond

As Wayne Walton mentioned, if you got any managed solutions you have to import it first and then your default solution.

    thanks

ok so the managed solutions were made by a consultant company, so i dont know where the original imports would be for them, any other way to get them? as im not allowed to export them from crm

You have to get a copy from the 3rd party. As a managed solution you will not be able to export it.

ok, i dont think that's an option for me right now - after the way that the company dealt with us post installation.

Anyway, based on the publisher for the solutions i think i can find them elsewhere3362.Untitled.png

If anyone has any idea where i can find these (2013 versions) it'd be appreciated
