Cannot Print to Screen

User is unable to "Print to Screen" on one workstation only. They receive the message; "Microsoft has encountered an error and will close". They can print to Printer or File.   It doesn't matter what user is logged in, including the sa. All other workstations are fine.

This just started happening a few days ago.  Nothing that we know of has changed with printers or workstations.

Should we copy over a working workstation?  Is it something with print drivers?

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Nancy

try to re-start your pc and login in using another profile to your domain network, then start GP. this should isolate the problem if it is a profile issue.

    Nancy,

Copying files from a working computer wouldn't do any harm unless you are using separate modified reports or have different products installed on your machine. Your best bet at this point would be to reinstall/repair the machine through Control Panel, or go with copying the files from a working computer.

    Best of luck,

      Ross
