Field Service Schedule Board

Hi all,

I have created some new schedule Board (tabs) and set them to specific people.

All users however can still see and access all tabs even though I assigned share permissions to each tab via advanced find. Does anyone know if a security role permission may be overriding the share permissions.

Cheers!

    Have you tried this?:

Advanced Find: Search "Schedule Board Settings".

Set "Share type" to "just me".

Assign the appropriate Owner to these records (person which should solely be able to see it.

Maybe you also need to check the permissions for the entity "Schedule Board Settings" for the Security Roles you're using for the Users.

    Does this help?

    Hi Moko,

Was meaning to update it was a team that was providing access.

The problem is though I can't seem to change the "Initial Public View" which defeats the purpose of having separate views as it shows all the Resources. If you change it, it recreates a Clone that is shared with everyone.

    Edit:

MS are saying it can't be removed but are looking further into it.

Yes, you cannot hide the "Initial Public View". It will always be visible for everybody and there is no workaround as far as I know.
