
We have a shared mailbox that multiple users interact with. We are using CRM Online and have the CRM Online for Outlook app. We would like incoming/outgoing emails to be tracked in CRM. I have set up a queue for the shared mailbox and it seems to track incoming emails fine. The issue is tracking emails that are sent from that mailbox, from the Outlook app. When trying to use "Set Regarding" to track the email, we receive an error: "Only items in the default Microsoft Outlook store can be promoted to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Item Name =__________________"
Obviously we can track those messages if we forward them to one of the users' mailboxes, but it would be much easier to track them directly from the "Sent Items" folder.
Any ideas on how to accomplish this?
