Dynamics 365 add-in disappears in Outlook

My Dynamics 365 add-in in Outlook button that lets me track emails (set regarding) to CRM will randomly disappear from my ribbon and my CRM administrator has to manually add it back after every disappearance. This happens frequently and I am not sure how to fix it. None of the other sales reps have this issue with their Dynamics 365 add-in disappearing.Screenshot-2022_2D00_04_2D00_12-114908.png

kia ora, the only time I have encountered this is when my users are using a shared mailbox as well as their work one. The add-in is only visible on their work email not a shared mailbox. I know that is not probably what you were asking but if you have access to a shared inbox it might explain why it disappears.
