Is there an SOP Line Status for shipped items?

From poking around in the SOP screen, I cannot find anything that looks like an individual "line status" on an order. We are looking for a way to pull data for lines that have been shipped, but cannot see any way to notate a line as such. Am I overlooking something obvious? Thanks :)

    There is nothing that indicates a line that has been shipped, however, you can allocate and fulfill items on an order and then only invoice those lines. So you can only look for items that have been invoiced, or you can check the SPO10200.QTYTOINV field for non-zero values or even SOP10200.ATYALLOC field(yes it is mispelled). There are a couple of things you can check depending on your processes.

    Is it possible to use the fulfillment date? Can you use that as a ship date or does that have other ramifications?

    I should also clarify that besides just knowing that the line shipped, we need to know when it shipped. That's why I suggested the fulfillment date field.

    The fulfillment date doesn't necessarily coincide with the ship date.  Click on the blue expansion button to the right of the Date field in the Sales Transaction Entry window.  Note that there's a field called 'Actual Ship Date' which displays the date on which an item on the document was most recently shipped. This field is updated when you change the actual ship date for a line item.

    If you’re using Sales Fulfillment Workflow, and the Update Actual Ship Date During Confirm Ship option in the Sales Fulfillment Order/Invoice Setup window is marked, the date that Confirm >> Ship was selected in the Sales Transaction Entry window is displayed.

    The Date Fulfilled and Actual Ship Date are also recorded in the Line Item Details.

    We aren't using Fulfillment Workflow, but I do see the actual ship date now on the line item. I would imagine if we just have the user fill that in when it ships we can use that to determine the status because if it wasn't filled in yet, then it wouldn't be shipped.

    I would imagine I can utilize this field even without Fulfillment Workflow turned on?

    The shipping date field automatically populates with the fulfillment date. Check how your SOP invoice/order type is set up. If you do not have 'use separate fulfillment' checked, then the line item is automatically fulfilled as soon as it is allocated.

    If the field stayed blank it would be great, but it doesn't work that way, shucks.
