    Hi,
Depending on the problem description you provided, it seems that it may be a network connectivity issue, or it may be that your connection settings are incorrect.
If the connection settings are incorrect, refer to this link for troubleshooting: Install and connect the Warehouse Management mobile app - Supply Chain Management | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn.
    • Make sure that you meet the prerequisites.
    • Confirm Server Availability: Make sure that the server hosting the Warehouse Management module is up and running. If you're using a local virtual machine, ensure that the server is properly configured and accessible within the virtual environment.
    • Check Connection Settings: Review the connection settings in Dynamics 365 to ensure they are accurately configured. Double-check the server URL, authentication method, and any additional connection parameters required for your setup.

    • Validate Credentials: Ensure that the credentials used to connect to the Warehouse Management module are correct. Double-check the username, password, and any other authentication details.

If there is a problem with your network connection, check the following settings:

    • Verify Network Connectivity: Ensure that your local virtual machine has a stable internet connection. Check if other applications or services can access the internet from the virtual machine.

    • Firewall and Security Settings: Check if any firewalls or security settings on the local virtual machine are blocking the connection. Ensure that necessary ports are open for communication between the virtual machine and the Warehouse Management module/server.

    • Clear Cache and Restart: Clear the browser cache or application cache in Dynamics 365, close the application, and then restart it. This helps remove any temporary glitches that might be causing the connection issue.

    Best regards,

    Kevin
