Hi,
There is a POS operation function called 'Search' in Dynamics 365 commerce. Operation ID 622, I wanted to fix the customer number or Search name.
Can anyone advise me? Please
Nice catch. You can use the functionality to search for a term without typing it. If we take the example above, when you click the button the POS will search for the term "Masa-01" in the customers list and it will return all customers matching with the search. This operation in a way can be used to reach the below requirement of yours and will help you in skipping the step where the user has to enter the customer name or customer ID to search. If you have 3-4 customers that you add on a regular basis into transaction, you can create a separate button for each customer so that you can search them and add to transaction easily.

Thanks for the the support. Almost all buttons are working fine but button with 'Masa-01' is giving more list. Let me try refine the searh term.
Please suggest me how to set customer ID, which look with random alphanumric , which is giving problem. I want sent custmore with simple code

The customer IDs are coming with random long strings (temp GUID) because you may have created the customer from POS with the "Async mode enabled". Please run "Synchronize customers and channel requests" batch job, which will assign a permeant customer ID which is created using the Customer Account number sequence. Send 1010 distribution schedule job to the channel database. Once the data is applied, you can use the newly assigned customer ID as the search term to limit the list.

Small problem here. I have synchronized the customer master from POS, it has created the Customer code properly. Later when I make new customers in POS, it is not synchronizing
Even after I Disable the Asyncronie feature also. As per my understanding, this Asyncrize option is suitable for big retails that create more data, not for small restaurants like us
