Hi

I'm new in Microsoft Dynamics GP and would like to retrieve old PO numbers (9 years ago). How would I do that?

    Hi you can give date filter on purchase order smart list which will show all PO based on the condition.

    Retrieve means? Do you want to use the same number again in PO entry? or inquire in system?
