    Hi Brett,

We found the same issue with Outlook after upgrading D365 to version 9, but it didn't do it if the appointment was set regarding in OWA.  This is fixed if you have the latest version of the frontend and backend (DB) - for us that was 9.0.2.54.

You can log a case with Microsoft to get your backend upgraded.

As soon as that was done, everything worked fine again.

    Hi Simon,

Thanks for your feedback - also found that duplication does not occur using OWA.  But checked and found we are already on 9.0.2.54.  Duplication still occurring using Outlook Desktop.  Have logged ticket with Microsoft.

Has any response been given from MS on this issue?

It is happening to us in 9.1.0.274 using Microsoft Outlook 2016.
