Ports to Open for RMS 2.0 TSYS (Vital) Instegrated Credit Card Soluton

Microsoft Team,

    Currently have a cusotmer going through PCI exercises and have been asked what ports need to be open on a firewall to successfully process credit cards on the RMS 2.0 integrated TSYS (VITAL) platform?

     Any help with this question would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello Jeff,

    Thank you for your questions.

    The ports used by the Preferred Acquirer (TSYS) credit card processing in Retail Management System 2.0 are:

    443 - HTTPS / SSL / TLS

    5003 - Default Debit Gateway

    Hello Trent.B,

    Does the Default Debit Gateway  have to be changed to "443" or stay as the default 5003?

    both ports are open with Windows Firewall and i am running into an issue where it it taking more that 1 minute and 30 seconds to process any Credit/Debit Cards. Any idea why I'm running onto that problem?

    I have run into this issue with a processor called nationwide, The issue is they use Vital as a gateway to there system for approval. The client ended up switching to another processor.
