how to populate sample data in Dynamics 365? In other CRM there is a button called "Sample data" but in D365 I am not able to find.

If you navigate to Settings, then Data Management, you will see the option for adding the sample data there.

Its the same process in D365. Make sure you have System Admin or System Customizer
roles assigned.
Settings -> Data Management-> Add Sample Data

You can add Sample data in that window.
