    Hi Katarina,

I'd like to suggest another approach. If you're utilizing web services within Business Central, consider publishing the Sales Line page, which encompasses both document types (Quotes, Orders and Invoice).

Odata v4 URl is what you need. here is an exsample of what it should look like: https://api.businesscentral.dynamics.com/v2.0/969f34fgg0-b6a3-69cc-a8cd-b337ffxfxfxf9/SampleEnviroment/ODataV4/Company('CRONUS ES')/SalesLineReport

Once published, you can Export this data into Excel using ODATA connections within excel, allowing you to visualize all your sales lines within both quotes and orders.

Subsequently, leverage this data to create a pivot analysis on your posted sales data. This will provide you with a forecast, offering a more comprehensive and enhanced overview.

    Best regards,
    M

Thank Netjacker - that would work but I still need to look further into it. Lots of Data to chew through

Thank you gdrenteria - I will pass this on to the development team - I am sure they can make sense of it.
