Our POS system all of a sudden is showing zero quanity onhand after you press the F2 key. There are quanities on hand greater than zero for these items. When you look at the database the items show values greater than zero. Why all of a sudden we get 0s for every item in the database when we press the F2 key? We been up and running for over a year, no updates to the system have been made.

If using 2.0.1000 or higher, make sure you don't have the Status filter set to Inactive.
