With the install of GP 2010 service pack 2, I am now unable to print period end reports for deduction summary, benefit summary, state tax and local tax summaries by department. Is there any way to get that information? We do not own a separate reports writer.

This is a shot in the dark, but are you running a modified report? Even if you are not I would recreate the Reports dictionary just to take that variable out of the loop. I haven't run into the problem you have described (yet).

I enter 1/1/11 - 12/31/11 for my dates, I enter a specific department that I want YTD benefits info, then select Benefit Summary. When I select benefit summary, the department range defaults back to all.
You should not have any problem printing these period end reports following the install of SP2. When you say you can't print them, will you please provide more details? What are the exact parameters that you are entering on the report, and what error(s) are you getting?
