Has anybody ever ran into the issue where they are developing AL extensions in VS Code and when trying to look into a code unit, table, page, etc. using the AL Object Designer, it is not available to open there? I am only seeing my own extensions in there.

Hii There,

as like this question we seen yesterday also and replied by Yun Zhu;

you can uninstall the extension, restart VS Code, and download extension again. Try this.
