Quotation is zero when i try to create quote line details. i have added cost price in organisation unit and sales price in opportunity still the price of sales and cost is zero.

Please double check if the quote has a Project Price list associated, in latest version that does not seem to be copying over from the Customer record:
It should list something like this:

On the quote page, select the last arrow, that will show you the ribbon where you can go into Quote Project Price List.

I have set price list for quote. when I see in chargeability view, cost and sales price are visible.
You should be able to set it to the customer too, and newer orders will automatically pick it up (however, I think in the later version that's not working very well) so always make sure on a per order basis.
Did you find a way to make it work properly?
