I am currently using Office 365 with outlook 365. I have my Dynamics running in outlook 365. I am finding that some plugins are not working such as Docusign and Automerge. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Are most plugins only compatible when your CRM is running with Outlook 2010. I am currently not using an on premise version of Dynamics just the web based and outlook.
