Unfortunately, we've tried that already. I haven't looked into it any farther because the client didn't want me to spend the time. I should probably use PSTL to change it to a different account number and then change it back. That should shake it up enough to fix it. :)
Thank you
Leslie
Hi Leslie,
Just resolved the issue by rebuilding GL00105 through PSTL. Recently I changed the Chart of Accounts using Account Modifier. We observed this issue after the modification. After rebuilding GL00105, the issue got resolved. Rebuilding GL00105 in PSTL is available through Toolkit option.
Frank,
I have one client that has this issue. This anomaly has survived several upgrades. There is one GL account that will not print account transaction details on the TB report if you just select that one account.
Hi
Please run reconcile of financial and try again, if that didn't work please run checklink against financial. Please take a backup before doing this.
Hi,
Getting same error in GP2015. How did you resolve the issue

Thank you for your response.
The appropriate options were selected. If I run the report for all the accounts the print out the report. But if it is just for one account it prints empty report.
Thank you
Hello,
Well actually that's not quite precise. In Dynamics GP, all the screens considers what's called the "range" of entities, in which you can include either one to as many entities you want.
In your case, I do believe that this specific account falls into one of the following criteria, which is why it was excluded from the report;
Are you sure the account you're trying to report on has transactions? I just tested in my 2013 test system and it works fine.
