I have already done mandatory action to a field on lead entity, but main issue is that all fields are mandatory but email and mobile fields are shown mandatory but not working at the creation of new entity and not shown the star mark on create of new lead. But show in form editor.

Kind share me the possibility reason for this and also share with me how to do it.

make it as business required. while creating a new field..  you may have forgot to publish all the customisations .

    Hi,

Open your form editor and publish it again and then publish all customization. If still it not work check that if any script running behind them or tey with any other browser.

    Thanks!

Is there any Business Rule or JavaScript in the form?

That might be changing the Requirement Level of the fields.

Otherwise it should show as per the field property settings.

I am not sure. Did you check with different browsers?

If you want to show them mandatory change the properties of the field.

Set the Requirement Level property to Business Required.

If you want to make them mandatory dynamically, depends upon conditions, then use Business Rules or JavaScript.
