Cross Docking Not Happening in Warehouse Receipt

Hi:
 
When I navigate to Process...Calculate Cross-Dock in the /Warehouse Receipt/ screen, nothing happens and no error message appears.
 
I have checked all setups and other settings.  Everything seems to be set up correctly.
 
So, why would cross-docking simply not occur?

    cross docking requires some setup, not sure how you set up BC, but it doesn't work if the setup is not complete. You will get better advise if sharing all the pages you set up the cross docking and experts will advise.
