RMS POS all function Freeze when foreign currency is selected (SHFT + CTRL + F2)

After scanning all item into the POS screen, we converted all currency to a foreign currency by  selected SHFT + CTRL + F2. However once the foreign currency is selected, all function in RMS freeze and could not proceed to tender. Anyone can help?

    I think you may run from store operation administrator --> database --> check database

    and reindex database.

    it may be an issue in currency table in your database.

    I tried that but the issue still persists.

    I am running on SQL 2008 R2 and RMS V2.0.2000.

    if you made any customization on POS please try to uninstall.

    No customization is being done. I believed this can be simulated in any PC as I tested on 3 different PC and all having same issue. Thank you.

    I can confirm this also happens on 2.0.1000.  The only button that is not affected is the currency button.    I do have customization installed but an addin would not affect all buttons and keyboard shortcuts.  

    The question is why are you selecting the currency that way?  

    Are you simply trying to tender out to a foreign currency?  If that is the case then add payment methods for that currency.
