Not able to select contacts email addresses when emailing a report

Has anyone else encountered issues with not being able to select contacts' email addresses when opting to send, for example, an order confirmation via email?
When the dialogue box for sending an email pops up, and you click on the three small dots to change the email, and then select contacts, they do not appear even though there are email addresses for numerous contacts.

As you can see there is a contac on the customer.

I see the same behavior in my system. So it is not something that only happens in your system.

But I have yet not figured out why it is behaving like that. If it is something we are missing in the setup or if it is a bug.

I will try to dive deeper into it if not anyone else here have a solution for it.

Hi, as far as I know, the standard usage is not like this.

For example, if you send an email from Contacts, what you see is the mailbox associated with Contacts.

Sent from Sales Orders or Customers, only the Customer's mailbox can be seen. (same as your test result)

In addition, if you want to choose the email address of Contact, you can use the following method.

This also happend to me and this is because you haven't populated the field "Contact Code" in the Customer Card
