Has anyone else encountered issues with not being able to select contacts' email addresses when opting to send, for example, an order confirmation via email?
When the dialogue box for sending an email pops up, and you click on the three small dots to change the email, and then select contacts, they do not appear even though there are email addresses for numerous contacts.
As you can see there is a contac on the customer.
