Power Apps: Where is Get Data and Power Query?

Hi:

Please view the attachment below from a Microsoft tutorial.


This tutorial does not follow what I see in the latest version of Power Apps.


Where is "Get Data", and where is the Power Query in Power Apps?


Again, I think that the tutorial is outdated.  Please help!

    Looks like this is outdated. I only see below. But you can click on Apps Then New and Canvas. Then in the app you have Data. 

    Or you can use Dataverse which then you need to turn on that from BC
