How do I get the standard warehouse management pick list reports to work ? If I look at them they are empty.

Which exact report did you use? The shipping, production or both? What setup do you have in your environment? Which orders are entered, what work is created? What exactly do you then expect on these reports?
I tried both and neither worked. We enter sales orders and then create pick lists from them. I'd expect to see a list of pick lists. I need such a report to keep track of which pick lists have been created for open sales orders and whether those pick lists have been completed.
Are you using warehouse mobile devices with the warehouse management solution inside Dynamics 365?
I am told by our D365 partner that we are not using "advanced warehouse management". We are using basic warehouse management in D365 with mobile devices running tasklet software
