In GP 10 under SALES there was an option called Collections Main which opened a Collection Management Window. I do not see that is GP2013. Is that an option you need to purchase?

The Collections Management module used to be a module that Microsoft distributed with the product (it was a separate thing you had to purchase). When Microsoft started the perpetual licensing plan for the 2013 version, many of the OEM modules went back to the original developers. If you owned Collections Management before, be sure to tell that to Professional Advantage (www.Profad.com). I have many clients who made the switch and they didn't have to buy it twice, they just went on to a support plan with Profad instead of Microsoft.
