Create Customer without template

Hi everyone,

In former versions, when you wanted to create a customer without templates, you only press "cancel" in the 1340 page and then NAV opened a blank customer card.

Now in BC, if you set "Default Nos" in custumer series and you do not want any template, and you press cancel in the same page (1340) then you go back to the customer list (do not open a blank customer card).

Are there any configuration to create an blank customer card even when you have templates?

Hi Roberto,

which version of BC are you using?

I am getting this confirmation message after selecting cancel in templates list in version 20.4 SaaS
