Setting up a goal for customers

Hello!

I need help.. i want to create a goal for each user. the goal should measure the number of accounts that are owned by user. this can be new added accounts or assigned accounts. what should goal metric and rollup field look like? please some advice. i want to point that i've read powerobject articles about goal management etc. i just need some advice how to count the number of accounts owned by specifc user.

Try something like this:

Goal Metric:

Name: Accounts Owned

Metric Type: count

Rollup field: Actual (Integer), Source Record Type: Account, Date Field: Created On

Rollup Query:

Name Accounts Owned by Me

Entity Type: Account

Query: Status Equals Active

Goal:

Owner: the user

Goal Metric: Accounts Owned

Period Type: Custom Period from 1/1/1999 to 12/31/2016

Target: 1000 (an integer larger than the number of Accounts the user owns.

Record set for Rollup: Owned by goal owner

Rollup Query (Actual Integer): Accounts Owned by Me
