Create Transfer Orders using mobile app issue.

Hello Experts! 
 
I ve succesfuly configured the mobile app to create transfer orders by scanning a license plate. So for example I was able to create this transfer Order
 
- Warehouse app events were processed
- Transfer Order was created
- Work was created and processed automatically
 
The issue that I would appreciate help with is that I need to add more items to this transfer order. I tried using the Select Transfer Order button but it displays an error when I try to select that transfer order, saying that the transfer Order does not exists for that warehouse.
 
Any ideas of what could this be? Is there a restriction that one the warehouse app events have been processed I cannot add more items?

I click in select Order
 
I specify the Transfer Order Number

    Thanks Mia for your reply. The only 2 options here are to select the origin warehouse (MI) and the destination Warehouse (SA).
     
    If I select the MI warehouse I get the following error.
     
    I was able to figure out the reason. I am only able to add more license plates to transfers orders that are displayed in the Warehouse app events screen with the Waiting Event state. Once the Warehouse app events are processed its not possible to add any more license plates to the transfered order.
     
    The way to keep that as waiting and to add more lines is by clicking in Cancel 
     
    If I click in complete Order and the event status is set to Queued.
     
    And when I try to add more lines I get the message that the transfer Order has already been completed

    Is it maybe possible that you have selected "to" warehouse? "SA"?

    Hi Laurens, we only have one wms controlled warehouse. That is MI, so there are no other available warehouses to select.

    Can you maybe try to switch the warehouse and try it again?
