My client is looking to integrate D365 CRM online with IVR system which is not supported as OOB, can anyone help me with how I can integrate CRM with IVR system for automatically creating Case for calling customer.

You will need to use the IVR System APIs such as Twilio APIs to build this. That is how I did it.
