PA Reconcile Utility for Budget and Fees from SQL

I'm looking for a way to run the PA Reconcile utility for Budgets and Fees from SQL.  I imagine when you run it from GP it's firing off a stored procedure but I'm not able to figure out which one it is.  I'd like to run that stored proc from SQL.

    No, no one ever replied and I never found a way to automate this through SQL.
