I have rolled out some sales dashboards which display correctly on the web client, but I cannot get this on the tablet. How can I roll out dashboards that are on the web client to the mobile devices, specifically iPads using the Dynamics App.

Hi Jerry P.,

Open the dashboard properties for each of your sales dashboards and make sure that the "Enable for mobile" checkbox is selected in the dashboard properties.

Follow these steps.

Open the Default Solution.

Click "Dashboards".

Select Dashboard(s).

Click the "Properties" button.

Check the "Enable for mobile" checkbox.

Click "Ok".

Save, close, and publish.

Did this resolve your problem?

I have enabled mobile for all the system dashboards I created, but they still don't appear on mobile. Any idea why this is?

Check if the dashboard is enabled for the security roles that the user has.

Select the Dashboard in the customizations section and use Enable Security Role
