I have seen this error before posted in forums and reviewed those posts. I have never experienced it myself until now.
Environment:
Windows 10
DB is express 2014
Program is patched up to Cum Update 5
Scenario....
Attempting to print item labels using label wizard or item label button (Makes no difference)
using RMS sample DB along with stock or custom labels (does not matter what label I use)
Start row and Start column fields are set to 1 and greyed out.
I receive error after selecting label stock: "You must select a valid start row and start column"
Things I have already checked....
Administrator: paths are all good and valid
File System: Files are valid and permissions are set to full control on label files fro everyone)
network file and printer sharing is setup properly
ran SOM as admin (makes no diff)
ran in compatibility mode (makes no diff)
I can print reports and can print receipts from POS
Printer setup is working fine
Network / Advanced settings: domain zone (active zone) file and printer sharing is turned on
