i need your support on this. In my organization we have a hybrid scenario using Dynamics CRM 2016 (8.2) online in combination with Exchange 2013 on premise.
We just recently upgraded to Version 8.2 in order to use the feature of the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook, which was supposed to be supported in a hybrid scenario.
In CRM there is the possibility to push the installation to the Outlook client. When doing this i receive an error message "The app could not be installed. The manifest size limit is too large. It should be smaller than 32 KB..".
I have checked on the web, raised a ticket to microsoft but so far i have not yet found any solution to this.
Any help would be appreciated.
