Dynamics CRM 365 v9 (on-premise) licensing

 All,

I have just implemented a v9 test environment to familiarise myself with the product and when I login all of the core functionality is missing (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities etc etc.) I assume this is down to the new licensing? My 2016 v8.2 implementation had this functionality (I was unable to upgrade my test environment from v8.2 to v9) Is the issue down to our v9 license? (as below) We are a service provider with SPLA in place so if this is the case I can speak with the relevant person here.
