There is an known issue with v9 regarding the stageid/processid not updated in opportunity. However, these values are stored in a table related to Business Process Flow.
Issue - We have a plugin on post update of opportunity which updates couple of fields based on active stageid. This was working fine in previous versions as we will be having the stageid captured in the respective opportunity record. To have a work around in v9 for the same thing to work, we have used Business Process Flow table from where we can get the active stageid. But, the active stage id is getting updated in the bpf table only after the operation is completed on the opportunity record. So, we are not able to get the actual active stageid with which we can handle our functionality.
Any thoughts on this issue/solutions to get the active stageid?
