Hi,

I'm working on the Dynamics Sales hub and I have a requirement to create 3 or 4 test users on the Sandbox environment that will have specific roles assigned to them ( for example Salesperson, Sales manager, basic user, etc).

Is there a possibility to create these users without assigning Dynamics 365 licenses to them?

Please let me know if you have any suggestions on how can I achieve this requirement.

Hi,

You must assign licenses to them, then they will appear in the "Enabled users" list and you will be able to assign security roles for them.
