Unable to auto or manually reserve stock on sales order

Hi All,

I have checked all the setups associated with Automatic / Manual reservation of stock like Accounts Receivables parameters, Inventory Management parameters. There is enough stock on hand. I am still unable to manually or automatically reserve any stock. Appreciate if someone can please advise for what I may be missing.
