We are trying to close PTO Manager using the PTO Utility as of 6/30/2018. We have selected Year End Closing using PTO Utility in the PTO Options Setup window.
When we process the PTO Year-End, the Employee's Accrued Vacation is reset to zero correctly.
But if we look at the Employee PTO Detail window, it shows the beginning balance date as 01/01/2019 with a slightly different amount of Vacation Available than the Beginning Balance Vacation. In the attached example, the Change Date is 6/30, the Beginning Balance Date is 01/01. The Vacation Available is 25.00 but the Beginning Balance Vacation is 29.68.
Why are the dates and Vacation Available amounts not the same?
