Sorry, i am a new user. How can I add a new N:1-relation to the attachment entity?  I want to insert a section with attachments to my contactform.

Go to Settings -> Customizations -> Customise the system -> Entities

The entity for Attachments is 'Notes' (see screenshot below)

However, the system does not allow you to create any custom relationships with the Notes entity.

Thanks, this is where is ended up also. But I can not find a way to add a new N:1 relation. I think, in order to be able to show attachments directly on my contact (or account) form, I need to to add a N:1 relation where the primary entity is contact and the related entity is attachment.

You can't do that.  There isn't a separate Attachment entity, it's just a blob on the Notes entity.  So you get all Notes, not jut files.

What you will need to do is look at the SharePoint integration functionality and store files in a related library.  Then add the document view on your form.

@ Wayne thanks for your interesting idea. We have CRM on premise and sharepoint online. Will that create a problem?

No, that's bog standard.  I think you will have to set up IFD if you're doing a hybrid deployment, but other than that it's strictly out of the box.
