Do you mean you want to import the existing data in a GP company? If yes, you can use the Integration Manager to import various type cards (like accounts, customer, vendors…) and transactional information in GP

Can you be more specific? What data are you talking about and are you referring to a migration?

    Hi GIAS

Assuming you are talking of data migration, you can use tools like eConnect (or) Integration Manager to migrate legacy data into Dynamics GP application.

Let us know if you need anything specific.

    Hi GIAS,

If this is a new company, have you tried using the Company Copy tool in the Professional Services Tools Library? In versions prior to 2010 it is an 'Automated Solution' available from PartnerSource.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie

You may also consider using the Professional Services Tools Library for data such as vendors and customers. You can find more information about PSTL here, mbs.microsoft.com/.../noam_pstl.htm
