Grid Refresh Failed in home page lists and sub grids CRM 2016

Hello Everyone,

We are facing issue of "Grid Refresh Failed" in CRM 2016 and it is occurring on home page of entity and sub-grids.  This is not happening all the time. We are getting issue in event viewer like images attached below but we are not getting the cause of issue. Please help to resolve this issue.

    Hi, do you get any error on CRM UI as well, if yes please share the downloaded xml file so that we can get more details.

    Hi Pranav,

    Actually we are not getting any xml file. We are getting just "Grid refresh failed" written over grid and sub grid and this is not continuous issue. This is random. Please let us know if you can help us to fix this.

    Hi Lets take some logical steps to understand the issue:

    1. Are you able to reproduce this error by performing specific steps?

    2. Which entity you are referring, it it a custom entity or OOB?

    3. Only on one specific form/subgrid is behaving in this manner or you are facing this on multiple levels?

    4. Did you enable CRM dignostics to check what exactly is going wrong?
