Hi:
How do you print a sales order?
The "Print/Send" menu selection does not show the means of printing the sales order. And, there is no other logical menu selection to choose.

Under print/send you should have an option to print order confirmation.
There's "Print Confirmation". What in the world does that mean? I just want to print an order. Why is there no selection for "Print Order"?

You have 2 options :
1) Print Confirmation: this is a document that you can send to customer to confirm you received the SO
2) Print Pick Instruction: this is a document that you can share with your inventory/warehouse team to pick and ship the product.
They are different just in case if you want a different design. Also, you can define some info (like work description) does not print in one. In addition, you can define if cross reference print on Confirmation or not.
Basically the print confirmation is your print order.
You can add different layout to that report if you need it for different kind of purposes.
