Can the Maxvalue, for default Max Documents be greate than 500.
(Cloud base environment)
I have Aged accounts receivable report that maxed out at 200 I changed to 500 still not enough to get the full
report ?

I just read onetime in this forum (do not remember where) that someone set that higher. I guess it is all depends on how many Aged Accounts you have. if you have more than 500 then it could be possible that you need more than 500. My suggestion is check with your accounting department to see if they have any idea. or increase the number. Also, it is possible that report timed out because of Maximum Time or Maximum row as well. Maybe increase those as well.

If you want to increase this limit, you can try submitting a Service Request to Microsoft.
PS: You can use Report Limits management page to manage default Max Documents for reports.
