Hi

How can I bulk delete all open purchase orders and their lines?

    Hi Randz,

    You can select the purchase order headers and then delete them. Another option is 'Open in Excel', filter on the open orders; delete the rows in Excel and publish.

    You can also consider the use of Power Automate to delete records.

    Hi Andre,

    Thank you very much for your help. 'Open in Excel' worked to successfully delete PO and Lines.

    I will consider using Power Automate in future to delete records as I am curios to see how that works.
