I can think of 2 ways that might resolve this:
1)Do You have several companies? You can add company to the URL link, to open the specified company directly.
2) Check licence / re-import the licence and restart services. Can try also clearing cache/cookies or opening system from another browser.
yes, I'm the only user and by the way as you can see i have the super role if I'm not mistaken
So are You the only user and have SUPER rights?
If not - please ask Your system administrator to change the settings for Your user.
If Yes - please contact Your partner, they can adjust it for Your user via Shell command (New-NAVServerUserPermissionSet) or if you have used this before, You can try to do it Yourself.
can you please enlighten me what kind of customization might cause this problem, because as i remember i didn't done anything special when i installed it.

In case this ROLE is wrong, You can change the assigned roles to users in the "User Settings" list. It can be one Role for all companies, or specific Role in each company.
If the Role is correct, then as ZHU mentioned - add permissions to this page to the user.

it is possible you are stuck on a company which you don't have access to.
find out which company you are trying to log into. for example, you might have access to company A but somehow the link point to company B, which you haven't been granted access. You could try to ask a super user to grant you access to company B temporarily and remove afterwards.
