Permission issue while opening any table/page in Design

Hi,  
I am new in development field and installed a Cronus Demo environment of Dynamic Nav 2016.  I am trying to opening the reading the AL code using Dynamic Development environment. It is popping up an error message / you don't have permission to open this. contact you administrator/. please see below screenshot for better understanding.
Note:- Its a Non license Cronus based environment.
 
Please help me on this. how can i read the logic behind the pages?

    No, i did'nt  have uploaded any partner license yet.

    You could only change it, 2 options appear on the screen, one to upload (requires service restart) and another to change it at that moment (session).

    Hi, this is a mandatory requirement for NAV development, and the standard code cannot be opened without a development license/Partner license.
    If you don't have it, you need to buy it first.
