How can I move the email address's on the customer maintenance options screen from send e-mail Statements to the Internet Information screen under e-mail addresses. They are greyed out on the customer maintenance options screen.

I have the same question (0)1. Go to MS Dynamics GP-->Tools-->Setup-->Company-->Email Settings.
2. Click Sales series then unmarking the Customer Statement checkbox in the Sales E-mail Setup window.
This will enable the Send EmailStatements section on the Customer Maintenance Options window.
