1/ How to create POS transactions without going through Suspend and recall process every time.  Just advice workaround - Suspend and recall is just an optional  functionality to hold and continue a transaction at a later point of time. Could you please explain why you are forced to use the Suspend/Call transaction on all transactions?

    - Please refer below learn documentation for detailed explanation on transaction types in D365 Commerce Channels.

You can directly start with a customer order on POS by setting default transaction to type to Customer Order on Functionality Profile.

    Hi Safeeque,

    1. Regarding the first point, as this is for the restaurant.

They will take orders from different customers (tables). they should keep

typing all the orders as and when they have noted.

      table.

    Warm Regards

If it is a quick service restaurant you can take the order and close the transaction then and there. But for restaurants with table service, you don't have any other option.  The Dynamics 365 Commerce OOB is not a good fit for restaurant. However, you can achieve restaurant functionalities using ISV solutions.
