Invalid Argument

Hello,

After updating the business rules and i saved.I tried to activate but it show Invalid Argument as depicted in the below image with error log.

    can you post the edit you made?    This is the key phrase in the error

    "Expected non-empty string. ---> System.ArgumentException: Expected non-empty string.

    I only add another rule to an existing ones. This is the only thing i did as depicted in the image.
